In today’s world the department of dentomaxillofacial radiology which has been increasing its clinical and academic strength in dentistry in parallel with the increasing scientific and technological developments, has been continuing its activities with the rightful pride of being the first and pioneer in our country since its first establishment.
With its experienced and dynamic teaching staff, clinical facilities and technical equipment, it continues its pre- and post-graduate education activities, as well as fulfills an important social service with patient services that do not compromise on quality.
The first examinations and necessary radiological evaluations of the patients who applied to our faculty are performed in our department. Then, the individual diagnosis and treatment plans are created and the patients are referred to the relevant clinical departments. Our department serves in outpatient clinic with its periapical, digital panoramic, cone-beam computed tomography, ultrasonography and phosphor plate scanner equipment.
Our anticipation is that all of our work will continue in a modern way that befits humanity and medicine and its dignity.
